**We will be accepting enrollment forms for New Families on April 9th, 2023 through August 18th, 2023. You can drop off the enrollment form and fee at NorthRoad St. Charles Church or you can email the form to: lora@northroadstcharles.com.

An online registration/payment will be available at: www.northroadstcharles.com/nr-academy

  3. Current Immunization Records
  4. Medical Form
  5. Copy of the student's Birth Certificate
